About Still Grounded

Still Grounded is a coaching practice supporting people living with Grief, Anxiety, ADHD, and Pain.

Our style of coaching is grounded in the STILL Method, alongside an understanding of how the nervous system responds to stress, overwhelm and change. Rather than pushing through or trying to “fix” things quickly, the focus is on creating space to slow down, listen, and respond in a way that actually supports you and helps you achieve a restorative balance.

How I work

Sessions are calm, collaborative, and paced around you.
We might explore what’s feeling overwhelming, where you feel stuck, or what’s hardest to carry right now — and begin to find ways to meet those experiences with more steadiness and support.

This can include: 
Learning how your nervous system responds under pressure
Building practical tools for regulation and focus
Gently working with patterns linked to anxiety, ADHD, pain or grief
Creating more capacity for clarity, rest, and choice
 
There’s no pressure to perform or “get it right” here. The work is about finding what genuinely helps, and building from there.

Who this is for

You might be here if:
Your mind feels busy, overwhelmed, or hard to settle or focus or regulate
You’re living with ongoing pain or fatigue
You’re living with grief or loss
You feel stuck, stretched thin, or disconnected from yourself
 
You don’t need to have a clear goal or a neat starting point. Just a sense that something needs to shift.
