1. About this practice
Still Grounded provides coaching services for individuals seeking support with anxiety, ADHD, pain and grief. Coaching is a supportive, collaborative process designed to help you build awareness, develop practical tools, and move towards greater steadiness and wellbeing.
2. Coaching, not therapy or medical advice
Coaching is not a substitute for psychotherapy, counselling, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
I do not diagnose conditions or provide medical or mental health treatment. If you are experiencing severe distress, or require medical or psychological support, you are encouraged to contact your GP or a qualified healthcare professional.
3. Your responsibility
You remain responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing at all times.
Any decisions or actions you take as a result of coaching sessions are your responsibility. Coaching is intended to support you, but outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
4. Confidentiality
All sessions are treated as confidential.
Information shared during coaching will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or where there is a risk of serious harm to you or others.
5. Sessions and cancellations
Sessions must be booked in advance.
At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
If I need to reschedule a session, as much notice as possible will be given.
6. Payment
Payment is required in advance of each session or package.
Packages (such as support blocks) must be used within an agreed timeframe unless otherwise arranged.
7. Scope of practice
I reserve the right to pause or end coaching if I believe it is not appropriate for your needs, or if a different form of support would be more beneficial.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I accept no liability for any loss, damage, or outcomes arising from your participation in coaching.
